Frances was the contracted screenwriter and Miltary Technical Advisor for the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) Warfighter Resilience Forum.
 

She facilitated getting 85% of Veterans hired onto this project, keeping this project authentic.

Four emotionally intense scenes were written based on her interviews with a dozen combat veterans and Wounded Warriors. Veteran actors performed them at four bases theatrically across the country for Sailors and their family members. Recovery care management, mental health care providers, and resources were readily available to the Navy servicemen, women, and their families.

They successfully completed their 3rd year with Veterans leading the way in performance, production, and directing.
